DESCRIPTION

Free diving in icy waters is not only a sport. For Kiki Bosch it is a way to work through life’s trauma. In one breath without a wetsuit, she plunges into the coldest waters on the planet, from the ice fjords of Greenland to the frozen lakes of Finland. When she dives, she feels free. Beautiful underwater scenes, symbolically showing the heroine’s journey to the recesses of her soul, are interwoven with statements of instructors and neurobiologists, telling about what is the minds’ experience while practicing this extreme sport.
