DESCRIPTION
Paolo Conte is the master of Italian actor song, singer, songwriter, composer and a lawyer who was destined to continue the family tradition and become a solicitor. His compositions resound with Italian or more broadly – Mediterranean sounds, as well as jazz music and South American vibes. The title of the film is also the title of his most famous song. Verdelli draws on Conte’s immensely rich personal archive, from filmed footage of international tours to the many special moments that make up an absolutely unique career – for example for the first time we will see Conte in his studio in Asti, drawing and talking about his music.

DIRECTOR
Giorgio Verdelli (1956), Italian writer, director, producer of documentaries and music programs and one of the foremost international experts in music. He has brought to the small and big screen the stories of some of the greatest performers on the Italian and international music scene, using a personal style that has earned him the praise of critics and audiences alike. He has over two hundreds programs to his name since the 90s, including the series Unici – which won a Moige Award for quality and music content.
